Nicole Couvillon of Held Holistic Wellness Spa in partnership with Kelly O' Connor of Restoring Balance Wellness are offering a 1 day Ladies Healing Circle retreat that you don't want to miss. Kelly is a certified coach, yoga instructor, and RMT. Nicole is a trauma informed RMT, and together this partnership wants to offer tools for you to take home so you are able to progress in your healing journey in a practical way.

Join us for a day of introspection, and healing. Come as you are and enjoy some yoga, journaling prompts, beathwork, learn how to connect with yourself intentionally, and release painful cycles holding you back from living fully. This workshop explores the importance of self care, and the mind/body connection which is at the forefront of healing, along with self forgiveness and gratitude prompting to help alleviate cycles of shame that prevent us from moving forward in our lives.
